The Edith J. Carrier Arboretum at James Madison University is a beautiful sanctuary in nature on any given day. On this sunny spring day it set the stage for Lillian and Logan's intimate wedding. The couple shared a first look at a friend's backyard garden, and the ceremony was held at the Ernst Tree Terrace inside the arboretum.
The arboretum boasts trails, wooded areas, and an abundance of flowers in the spring. The arched bridge over the pond is a favorite spot for photos, as well as the weeping willow which the couple was excited to use as a canopy for some of their portraits.
A simple yet classic reception was held in the social hall at the Luray Fire Department building. Guests enjoyed a buffet-style meal catered by El Amigo Food Truck, and an intricate cake and cupcakes made by a friend of the couple.
