This overlook has a small rocky area that is perfect for sunset photos, with zero hiking required.

https://www.nps.gov/places/big-meadows.htm
Seasonal flora is abundant in this vast meadow with lots of space and privacy for photos. At the top of a hill near the parking lot, there is a great viewing area for watching the sunset. The national park does not allow wedding ceremonies within Big Meadows, but photo sessions are allowed.

With its beautiful old oak tree as a focal point and a wide field overlooking the Page Valley, this west-facing overlook provides flexibility for all types of photos, and is best at sunset. It's located just across the road from Big Meadows.

With a stunning sunset view of Luray, this overlook is a favorite spot for photos. There are rocks to climb, a grassy area, and a large parking lot bordered by a stone wall. The rocks can sometimes be overgrown during the warm months, but perfect in spring and fall.

A short hike with a moderately challenging rock scramble, this trail is best suited for the adventurous. The panoramic view at the top is one of my personal favorites (it's breathtaking)!

Blackrock Trail at Big Meadows
Nearest park entrance: Swift Run Gap in Elkton (but it's pretty centrally located between this and Thornton Gap entrance to the north in Luray)

(Not to be confused with Blackrock Summit above; these two trails are located about an hour apart!)
This super-short hike leads to a scenic overlook with beautiful sunset views. Easy enough for kids and older folks or those with less mobility.
